Head to Level 3 of VivoCity. Follow the signs that direct you to the Sentosa Express monorail station. Board the Sentosa Express and get down at Waterfront Station.
2. By Bus
Several bus services operate routes to Sentosa Island. Board buses RWS8, 188R, or 963R, which will take you directly to Resorts World Sentosa.
3. By Car or Taxi

Ar HarbourFront, the cable car station is located at HarbourFront Tower 2. Follow the signs within HarbourFront Centre to reach the building. Take the elevator to Level 15, where the cable car boarding point is located.
Once there, disembark at the Imbiah Station and take a short stroll to Universal Studios Singapore.
